We research global resources, using databases that are not always on the beaten path. Why? Because sometimes, if not often, there are studies published or reviewed in non-mainstream corners of the Earth, online or offline.

For example, the Cochrane Collaboration is an INDEPENDENT global network of dedicated volunteers, supported by a small staff. They rely on grants and donations, and don’t accept funding which would create conflict of interest in their data collection. The Collaboration is highly regarded internationally for unbiased assessments.

We use the Cureology Multi-Database Search Engine as well as multiple other online and offline sources of clinical trials, outcomes and published material. Using this tool you can appreciate how extensive and global the information available is. In the end the bigger issue is analysis for quality of results, which is the second and crucial part of our mission.
